My CB400F Yoshimura Racer

Here on this website you will find all the parts you would need to build one of these.  I will be adding some HOW DOES SHE GO Info with HP specs etc when I get her dialed in.

56mm Big Bore sleeve kit, Part # RSC-01

Manufactured from spun cast iron and ground to size.

Manufactured to order.

Set of 4 sleeves, not bored to final size.

Ready to install in your modified CB400F barrel/block

 Using the CB500Four or CB125 56mm pistons or if you are lucky enough to have the Yoshimura 56mm 2 ring slipper pistons. These have a small end of 15mm (stock is 13mm) It will be necessary to use performance con rods.

Copper and alloy head gaskets. Part No RSC-02

Laser cut.  1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm

Available bore sizes: 47.5mm, 51.0mm, 54.5mm, 56.5mm.

Part # Copper RSC-02, Part # Alloy RSC-02A

Titanium Valve spring Retainers, Part # RSC-03

Set of 8 retainers, a must for any high performance motor.

Manufactured from 6AL4V grade 5 Titanium.

Also available in 7075 T6 Alloy.  Part # RSC-04

Race Heavy duty Cam chain. Part # RSC-13

Full side plate as per the Yoshimura and RSC race chains.

Manufactured by DID Japan.

Stainless steel Valve set. Race part # RSC-06, Stock size RSC-07

Premium Racing valves for your stock and modified CB400F/CB350F motor.  Manufactured from a 1 piece forged 214 N (EV8) stainless steel.

* Flowed and swirl polished.

* Tips are refaced and hardened to 60 Rockwell.

* Available Sizes:

* Exhaust: 23.0mm, 22.0mm,

* Inlet, 26.0mm, 26.5mm, 27.0mm, 27.5mm. 

* Valves for all the Honda SOHC models can be manufactured on request.(sample may be required). 

 

Race Oil pump. Part # RSC-08

I can modify your std oil pump, just like Kaz did.

Increased oil flow.  A must for any CB400F with increased HP.

Slotted Cam sprocket. Part # RSC-12

When fitting a new performance camshaft it is required to Degree in the cam to the specs supplied by the manufacture.  This is very important to get the max hp from your motor.

I can slot the std Honda cam sprocket to allow adjustment.

At the moment this is on a exchange basis until I can find a load of NOS sprockets.

Race Valve spring Kit. Part No RSC-14

For any race kitted 400 this is a must, don't even think about a performance head job without this kit.

Yoshimura 54.5mm piston kit. Part # RSC-04

A very nice kit with a 9.6-1 compression ratio.

Only a re-bore required.

Spare gaskets and rings available.

Bronze Valve guides Part No RSC-05

Available to fit the CB350F and the CB400F.

* Manufactured from a special manganese bronze.

* For the CB400F allows the fitting of valve stem seals to the exhaust valve.

* Set of 8 guides

Heavy duty Race or Road lower cam chain adjuster horseshoe. RSC-09

The OE part is no longer available from Honda.

* Much improved design over the stock part.

* Horseshoe manufactured in 7075T6 aluminium. Pivot bracket in EN8 steel.

* Bronze bushed pivot point with stainless steel pin.

* Keep that chain adjusted and this will not sieze up.
